Rules & Format
The short version: play fair, show up, and let the results speak for themselves.
Registering
Anyone can join by creating a player account on the homepage. New accounts need a valid referral code from an existing player to complete registration — this keeps the community tight-knit and rewards players who bring friends in, since the referrer earns XP for a successful invite. Once registered, you can pick an avatar, join a team name, and jump straight into the Roster.
Match formats
Enation-League runs two main competitive tracks:
- 1v1 — the main knockout and league format, tracked on the Fixtures and Standings pages. Results feed directly into player XP, levels, and the Hall of Champions.
- 2v2 Coop — team up with a friend through the Duo system to compete as a pair. Once two players agree to form a duo, they appear together under Duo Teams and compete in the coop bracket.
Unless an admin announcement says otherwise for a specific cup, fixtures are scheduled and reported through the site, and standings update automatically as results are confirmed.
Standings
Standings are calculated from confirmed match results — wins, draws, and losses feed into your position on the table. Admins can adjust or correct entries where a result was reported incorrectly or a dispute needs resolving.
Fair play
We take a simple line on conduct: play the match you'd want to play against. That means:
- No exploiting bugs, emulators, or unofficial tools to gain an in-game advantage.
- No manipulating or falsifying match results.
- No harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse toward other players or staff, in matches, chat, or voice.
- Respect admin decisions during a dispute — you can always raise a concern through staff or Discord afterward.
Breaking these rules can lead to a warning, a match forfeit, removal from standings, or account suspension depending on severity — decided by the admin team on a case-by-case basis.
Arcade & casual features
The Arcade (Header Hero, Nutmeg Runner, Keepy-Uppy), Voice Lounge, and Friends system are casual, community features rather than ranked competition. They still follow the same conduct rules above, but results there don't affect league standings.
Premium Membership
Premium Membership is an optional, cosmetic and convenience upgrade — things like a GIF avatar and extra screen-sharing options in private calls. It has no effect on match results, standings, or competitive fairness; it's a way to support the league, not a competitive advantage.
Questions or disputes
If something doesn't look right — a missing result, a standings issue, a rules question — reach out to an admin through the site's live chat or our Discord server. We'd rather sort it out than let it sit.
These rules may be refined as the league grows. Significant changes will be announced through the site or Discord.
